Okay I say “mexicanish” because its not like the rice you get in Mexican restaurants, but it definitely has a Mexican flair. I stumbled across this mixture while making another recipe and was way psyched to have an easy way to season rice. This stuff is super good!
- 1 cup cooked instant rice (I used instant brown rice and cooked 2 servings)
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp dried cilantro
Cook the rice and after it has cooled down, mix in the seasonings. Boom! Done! Now you have some awesome, quick rice that can go with a lot of different dishes. Enjoy y’all!
